colors

Each design on this website is designed and created by Fujii App(ar)le. Slight variations may occur in the final products. We have done our best to recreate and accurately display all the possible colors we offer. Because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

disclaimer

Fujii App(ar)le has done our best to recreate and accurately display all the designs and design templates. Due to our products‘  hand-painted attribute, each design is unique and slight variations may occur. Fujii App(ar)le reserves the right to moderate any phrases chosen for templates by customers.

washing instructions

Fujii App(ar)le recommends washing bags and shirts in cold water with the shirt and/or bag inside out. Fujii App(ar)le is not responsible for any damage that might result from not following these rules. All shirts are pre-washed before shipping. We do not pre-wash bags. We suggest hand-washing them. We do not recommend ironing the front of the design.

returns & exchanges

Fujii App(ar)le strives to give each and every customer a product that he or she loves. If something is not right, please email us at returns@fujiiapparle.com. You can send the item(s) back to us at the address below using any traceable method before 30 days of the purchase. Be sure you package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund you.

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make your original purchase. Please allow one to five billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.

Fujii App(ar)le only accepts returns and/or exchanges when we have made a mistake on the product. This includes the spelling of a personalized phrase on a design template, the color, and/or the size. Please keep in mind that each item is unique and minor variations may occur in the products.
